AMPHENOL LTW´s over-pressure relief vents are designed to maintain pressure inside and outside sealed enclosures to optimise thermal management of electronic components and protect devices from overheating. They help to prevent dangerous pressure build-up in battery modules and significantly reduce the risk of explosion.

AMPHENOL LTW provides two essential solutions for effective pressure management: the pressure relief vent and the over-pressure relief vent. These vents play a crucial role in equalising internal- external pressure, emphasising both operational safety and equipment longevity, and enabling devices to thrive in challenging environments.
They are available with IP68/IP69K protection classes, in both metal and plastic versions. Equipped with hydrophobic and oleophobic membranes, they effectively block liquids, oils and moisture while minimising condensation in sealed enclosures.
