AMPHENOL CS: Sealed 2.50mm Connectors and Cables
The AMPHENOL CS BrightConnX™ FLH Series offers mini sealed 2.50mm pitch connectors and cables with IP67 sealing. These connectors are designed for wire-to-wire connections and are suitable for industries like automotive, lighting, HVAC and smart homes due to their compact design and ease of installation.
Demanding Applications & Flexible Configurations
The integrated wire seal and mating gaskets on the connector provide reliable waterproof (IP67) connections when mated. Its waterproof properties make it ideal for wet and harsh applications.
In addition to the wire-to-board configuration, a wire-to-panel version with mounting flange is also available. The 3- and 6-pin housings can accommodate 2-, 3-, 4-, and 6-pin connections. Termination options provide user flexibility with separate crimp and pierce contacts or tool-less integrated pierce contacts.
The positive-locking thumb latch ensures that connectors remain mated under vibration or pull force conditions. Depending on wire size, the connector is rated at 250VAC and up to 7A at 18AWG. Unsealed versions without gaskets are also available for applications where IP20 is the maximum requirement.
